Consumer repositioning campaign

In the City, JP Morgan is a highly respected voice. However, on the high street, consumers were intimidated by their corporate reputation. By repositioning the brand with more accessible, playful messaging, J.P. Morgan was able to connect with a new consumer market. 


Campaigns included a high street brand awareness poster campaign (below) and an Investment Trust promotion (see video). The Investment Trust campaign was so successful, the mailer had to be reprinted several times to meet demand in enquiries.
